Nishiya (ニシヤ), formerly known as Saiya (サイヤ), is a Japanese Captain Falcon main in SSB4. He is currently ranked 49th on the JAPAN Power Rankings and was formerly ranked 20th on the Umebura Smash 4 Power Rankings.

Nishiya continues to main Captain Falcon in Ultimate, and is considered one of the best Captain Falcon players in Japan, along with Jogibu and Karaage. He has wins over top Japanese players such as Nietono, KEN, ZAKI, Pichi, and Masha. He is also currently ranked 27th on the Japan Player Rankings.
