Strong support per proposal MarioIsTheBest (talk) 09:03, 11 January 2015 (EST)
- Oppose. The reason those two have the exception is that the moves are explicitly different. Ice Breath is still a clear varient of Inhale. Also, if this were to pass, it would actually cause more inconsistency (what constitutes "Different"), not to mention we'd have a million stubs on our hands. ScoreCounter 10:05, 11 January 2015 (EST)
Nope. This was already discussed here. Toomai Glittershine The Superlative 10:49, 11 January 2015 (EST)
- It's not the same exact thing since I'm not asking for every custom special to have its own pages like that ones option 2 was, I'm just asking for the ones that are unique to get their own page, something that seems to have been part of option 1 in that previous proposal but for some reason not done yet. - We have already made separate pages for all unique custom moves, because Palutena and the Mii Fighters are the only characters that have them. Toomai Glittershine The Superlative 11:05, 11 January 2015 (EST)
Strong oppose If they are highly similar to the default move, or they are the default move with some tweaks, a page for the custom move is not necessary. Berrenta (talk) 11:38, 11 January 2015 (EST)
- The problem is, is that, many moves like the three I cited on the proposal, are practically fully unique moves in their own right. MarioIsTheBest (talk) 15:51, 11 January 2015 (EST)
- Our current definition for "unique custom move" is based on this text from the official website: "Mii Fighters and Palutena don't have spin-off variations, but rather completely unique types of attacks" (important part bolded). In order for this proposal of yours to get anywhere, you'll need to do two things:
- Write a concrete definition of what makes a custom move "unique". While examples may be useful for understanding, the definition needs to be functional without any examples.
- Explain why your system is better than the current system.
