Shulk's neutral attacks consist of a jab, a kick and an upwards swing of the [[Monado]]. It does 8.5% or 7.7% in total, depending on spacing on the third hit, and the first hit comes out on frame 5. Widely considered his worst move (and one of the worst neutral attacks in the game), the damage output is extremely weak compared to his other moves, it possesses no combo potential, and is very unsafe on shield. Lastly, it cannot kill characters until well over 200%, and while the Smash art can boost it, other moves can do the job way better.
