Overview
R.O.B. spins both of his arms upward above himself rapidly, generating multiple hitboxes in rapid succession. One of the most celebrated up aerials in the game, the move serves as one of R.O.B.'s many valid K.O. moves, especially near the upper blast line. It is also the finishing move in his easiest combo available, namely, down throw into up aerial, effective against most opponents depending on weight and DI.
