- Up throw's knockback increased, reducing its combo potential.
Bowser Jr.
- Clown Kart Dash ram damage: 4% → 7%
- Clown Kart Dash spinout damage: 8% → 12%
- Forward aerial clean hit damage: 8% → 9%
- Forward aerial late hit damage: 5% → 7%
Ike
- Neutral aerial's clean hit does 1% more damage: 9% → 10%.
- Forward aerial deals 1% more damage: 12% → 13%.
Little Mac
- Up angled forward smash damage: 19% → 21%
- Up smash damage: 20% → 21%
- Down smash damage: 12% → 13%
- Down smash angle: 30° → 45° (no longer a semi-spike)
- Up throw angle: 85° → 80°
- Down throw angle: 85° → 80°
Lucina
- Both hits of neutral aerial deal 0.855% and 1.755% more damage respectively: first hit 3.345%/second hit 7.6%: 10.945% total → first hit 4.2%/second hit 8.5%: 12.7% total.
- Forward aerial deals 2% more damage: 8.5% → 10.5%.
- Back aerial deals 1.825% more damage : 9.975% → 11.8%.
- Up aerial deals 1.425% more damage : 9.975% → 11.4%.
- Both hitboxes or down aerial deal 0.9% more damage : sourspot 11.4%/meteor 13.3% → sourspot 12.3%/meteor 14.2%.
Marth
- First hit of neutral aerial deals 0.5% and 1% more damage in both the sourspot and the tip respectively: 3%/4% → 3.5%/5%.
- Second hit of neutral aerial deals 0.5% more damage in both the sourspot and the tip: 7.6%/9% → 8.1%/9.5%.
- Forward aerial deals 1% and 1.5% more damage in both the sourspot and the tip respectively: 7%/10% → 8%/11.5%.
- Up aerial deals 0.5% and 1% more damage in both the sourspot and the tip respectively: 9%/12% → 9.5%/13%.
- All hits of down aerial deals 1% more damage: 11%/13%/14% → 12%/14%/15%.
Rosalina and Luma
- Rosalina is slightly lighter (78 → 77).
Roy
- Neutral aerial landing lag: 13 → 11
- Forward aerial landing lag: 15 → 13
- Up aerial landing lag: 16 → 14
- Back aerial landing lag: 19 → 16

Sheik
- Sheik is slightly lighter (85 → 84).
Toon Link
- Back aerial's landing lag decreased: 22 frames → 17 frames.
- Forward smash's first hit now properly links to the second regardless of damage.
Zero Suit Samus
