Kirby (SSB)/Down special

Overview

The special move's name is Stone, where Kirby transforms into a rock that Kirby can usually transform in his games, becoming impervious to damage and knockback for a short time. While in stone form, Kirby can't move until he reverts back to normal by either naturally thwarts out of it in 3 seconds or if the player presses the B button. Kirby can also still be taken out of stone by being grabbed. When his stone form is on a sloped surface such as the slope on Hyrule Castle's left side, it will slide off of them.

To use offensively, Kirby needs to use Stone while in midair, falling quickly to the ground and opponents hit by it will receive 20% damage and great knockback. If used while on the ground, it will deal no knockback or damage at all however. Good for countering characters that are juggling him, especially if they are doing it while in midair, as Kirby can KO them if they get careless. If Kirby happens to miss the opponent or if they shield against, Kirby can get easily punished by them with a strong attack such as smash attacks and charging attacks such as Donkey Kong's Giant Punch and Samus's Charge Shot.
