:To me, personally, he's a veteran, even if he did skip over ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl|Brawl]]''. The Direct might have said otherwise because, lets face it, Nintendo sometimes can't get it's own facts straight. READ THIS BEFORE WRITING "VETERAN"!
When watching the Nintendo Direct, Xander Mobus referred to Mewtwo as a newcomer. The way he was talking about him, it sounded like a character with a completely different moveset. I know there is not enough evidence to support my theory and it's all speculation now, but is this true? Will Mewtwo in Melee be completely different from Mewtwo in SSB4? (And I may be jsut talking BS; this is my own theory and I saw this nowhere else.)
