Pac-Man's Down special(消火栓, Fire Hydrant) is currently unnamed in the US. Pac-Man summons a fire hydrant below him. Anyone underneath takes damage. It will shoot Water that pushes fighters away similar to F.L.U.D.D.. It can also be attacked, launching it at anyone in its way.
The two variants of this move are Exploding Plug and Erupting Plug. Exploding Plug is a hydrant that blows up upon hitting the ground or after a certain amount of time passes. Erupting Plug is a hydrant that blows fire instead of water as two short-ranged flames. This move is also capable of damaging Pac-Man as well as enemies.
Origin
In the game, Pac-Land, fire hydrants appear as common obstacles. They shoot water that can push Pac-Man away, acting as a hazard should he be pushed towards ghosts.
