Would an article for YouTube be a good idea? YouTube is the primary place for battles between smashers, glitches etc. to be uploaded to the internet, we have links to it all over the place, and SmashWiki even has its own YouTube channel. But at the same time, it isn't strictly a Smash Bros. website, so would anybody support creating an article for it? Toast ltimatum 08:13, 11 October 2012 (EDT)
I Support. You bring up some good points. ChuckNorris 17:06, 11 October 2012 (EDT)
Support. Sites like GameFAQs or Machinima are not necessarily just for games of Super Smash Bros., but, namely GameFAQs, has been detrimental to the evolution of Smash to what it is today. Fugudev 17:31, 11 October 2012 (EDT)
- I don't think you're using the word detrimental right. Omega Tyrant 17:55, 11 October 2012 (EDT)
- The word you mean is "critical." ShupaRoeh 21:38, 11 October 2012 (EDT)

Undecided. While YouTube plays an integral part in the Smash community by allowing people to view videos of matches, glitches, and other Smash-related footage, I have reservations about what the page will cover. I'm not sure what we could say about YouTube besides the fact that it's a popular medium for people to upload and comment on Smash footage. It's general knowledge that YouTube is a video-hosting site, and while an article about it certainly couldn't hurt, I believe that its scope requires a more concrete definition to warrant an article dedicated to it.
