Oppose: Once a hazard, always a hazard. It doesn't matter that it only appeared in two levels, it's still a unique 'enemy' with its own hitboxes. It may be minor, but as the definitive Super Smash Bros. wiki, the only wiki on which the thorn helix would matter, our scope should still cover this type of thing.
