This is a chart showing the percentages that each forward smash KOs at along with the base knockback and knockback scaling values of the strongest hitbox of every forward smash. Forward Smashes are listed in order on the earliest percentage they can KO at while uncharged. This doesn't apply to Peach because there is only a 0%, 33%, or 50% chance she'll draw the tennis racket (depends on what implement she drew last) and landing its sweetspot is very difficult. As a result, her frying pan is the implement that is judged against the other forward smashes. Also, Lucario's forward smash can be even more powerful than King Dedede's forward smash if Lucario is behind by two stocks. But this chart doesn't factor in the stock modifier. Also note that only the main hitbox is affected by charging in Zero Suit Samus' forward smash, even the sweetspot is not affected. So the main hitbox is what is judged against the other forward smashes. This information is courtesy of OmegaTyrant[1].

The Uncharged OH section shows the KO percentages of the other hitboxes of the forward smash while uncharged. Note that if a forward smash contains only one hitbox, this section will read NA. Uncharged SH shows the KO% of the strongest hitbox of the forward smash while uncharged. The Fully Charged OH section shows the KO% of the other hitboxes of the forward smash while fully charged. The Fully Charged SH section shows the KO% of the strongest hitbox of the forward smash while fully charged.

Legend
  • General
    • bold = Indicates the killing percentage of the strongest hitbox in the forward smash.
    • / = Indicates a different hitbox of the forward smash.
    • 2H = Indicates that the character's forward smash consists of two or more hits. Link's forward smash isn't considered in this category because each of his two slashes have KO power and unless the opponent is at extremely low damages, it's impossible to land both hits.
    • w = sourspot
    • s = sweet spot
    • a = all hits of a multi-hit smash land.
    • u = indicates forward smash is aimed up. Not listed unless it results in a difference of power.
  • Lucario
    • nd = Damage at 0%
    • hp = Damage at 91%
    • mp = Damage at 182%
  • Olimar:
    • W = white pikmin
    • y = yellow pikmin
    • rb = red and blue pikmin : both pikmin have the same power in smashes.
    • p = purple pikmin
  • Ice Climbers
    • b = both Climbers land their smash
    • s = only Popo lands his smash
  • Link
    • 1st = the first slash of Link's forward smash.
    • 2nd = the second slash of Link's forward smash.
  • Peach
    • t = tennis racket
    • g = golf club
    • p = frying pan
