Infobox years

Why are you adding "years ago" stuff to the infoboxes? It doesn't seem like important information to note. Was this discussed anywhere? --CanvasK (talk) 07:16, November 11, 2022 (EST)

Wikipedia had "years ago" in a foundation date or event date. Whether or not they appeared in the latest work is also important. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tempest Tales (talkcontribs) 07:20, November 11, 2022 (EST)
For one, we aren't Wikipedia; I'm not aware of any other NIWA wiki that does that for characters. Two, from a quick glance that type of thing isn't used for characters or even franchises. We already note if they appeared in the latest work, so I'm not sure what you mean by that. --CanvasK (talk) 07:25, November 11, 2022 (EST)
It's easy to know how long it's been since their last appearance. Tempest Tales (talk) 07:30, November 11, 2022 (EST)
Yeah, it is easy to know how long it's been with simple subtraction. Adding "years ago" with the age template is just extra work with next to no pay off. --CanvasK (talk) 07:34, November 11, 2022 (EST)

Your block

When an admin tells you to not do something, you listen. Edit warring is bad enough by itself, but to blatantly disregard an admin's warning and edit war where you're clearly in the wrong? That's a clear block for you, keep the behavior up when your block is over and the subsequent blocks will be more harsh. Omega Tyrant TyranitarMS.png 07:38, May 24, 2023 (EDT)
