Overview
Pikachu rotates his body while pointing his electrically-charged head forward, damaging opponents multiple times, dealing a maximum of 11.8% if all six hits connect. Minimal horizontal and almost inexistent vertical range, but its low ending and landing lag make it effective in combos when used properly.
Update History
- Forward aerial connects more reliably by an adjusted angle (35/310/60/290 → 35/290/60/280).
