#:Yes. Since all signature images are user images, the category of signature images would be a subcategory of user images. Fairly simple one here, my proposal is to take the images from Category:User images that are used exclusively as signatures, and put them into their own sub-category of user images, Signature images. From glancing through user images, about 10 to 15 percent of user images are signature images, so there would be anywhere between 160 and 240 images that would need their categories to be changed. Just wondering: what's the purpose of it? CookiesCreme 16:12, January 16, 2020 (EST)
- Making my life easier. It would make dealing with unused images easier, because with this I won't have to guess whether an image is actually an unused user image, or just a signature image that hasn't been used yet since it was made. I'm only making this a proposal because adding this would mean going through all of user images and changing the categories on the ones that meet the criteria. DekZek 16:20, January 16, 2020 (EST)
Bump DekZek 11:33, January 22, 2020 (EST)
Final Bump Unless anyone objects, I am going to start working on setting a page up for me to manage the backlog now. It will probably take a while to actually apply this to past pages, but either way future signature images should now have the Category:Signature images as opposed to Category:User images.
