'''Panda Cup Online Qualifier: Southeast USA Regional Finals''' will be the third ''[[Super Smash Bros. Ultimate]]'' regional final for the {{Trn|Panda Cup}}. There will be four qualifier tournaments for the regional final. Points will be distributed to the Top 96 of each qualifier, with the Top 32 of the leaderboard invited to the regional finals. In the event of a tie in points for the regional finals spots, all of the tied players will be invited into the regional finals, even if it means more than 32 players will make up the bracket. The regional finals will be a double-elimination bracket with all sets Best of 5. The winner of the regional finals will qualify for the {{Trn|Panda Cup Finale}}. The tournaments will be region locked to Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and players must be 18 years or older to participate.

Originally planned for September 27th, 2022, the tournament was delayed one week to October 4th, 2022 due to {{s|wikipedia|Hurricane Ian}} hitting the Southeast USA region.<ref>{{cite web|url=https://twitter.com/PandaCup/status/1574811081138008067|title=Hurricane Ian}}</ref> Originally closed at 77 entrants, registration was re-opened until October 3rd. Due to the postponement, it was the last qualifier of the Panda Cup rather than the penultimate one. At 95 entrants, it was the largest of the Panda Cup Online Qualifiers.
