The list, made in conjunction with [[Team:Panda|PGStats]], had several changes, including several other factors for consideration as well as a larger panel. The list was released in increments, starting with 91-100 on November 1st, 2021, and ending with 1-10 on November 21st. An "honorable exclusions" list was released in the methodology and featured players who weren't considered due to the difficulty of comparing them to the rest of the scene.
