Is it really necessary to have a page for Roy Campbell? I'm just not seeing why such a minor character has such a huge page. Thats my opinion anyways. Looks nice though, good work. I guess. --Janitor 09:59, June 30, 2007 (EDT)

Let's keep it until we see if Roy Campbell is important in SSBB or not. Then we might delete this page (which would be pretty sad, considering how complete she looks =/). --Slhoka 17:34, June 30, 2007 (GMT+1)

Sounds good to me. Btw, what do you mean by "which would be pretty sad, considering how complete she looks"? lol sorry, i was a little confused by that line. --Janitor 17:36, June 30, 2007 (GMT+1)
Crap. Seems my english skills are too limited. I wanted to say that this page gives a lot of information, and the one who wrote it (I forpot who and I'm too lazy to check) has probably spent a lot of time creating it. So it would be too bad if he did this for nothing =/ BTW I added your sign on your last comment =p --Slhoka 18:46, June 30, 2007 (GMT+1)
Oh, did i forget my signature? Silly me. --Janitor 13:22, June 30, 2007 (EDT)
I've been making pages like Mario, Super Scope, Roy, Mewtwo, and the like recently, and in between I made this (in really not that long amount a time, mind you) because of the standards of Smash-related notability this site has set for itself; A lot of people including myself found out about this character because of his almost storyline-like role in the trailer, making Roy Campbell notable to the Smash community so it seemed someone was going to make this page sooner or later anyway. This page seems a lot more notable than a standard page on an obscure Smasher, and any page that's in this status is usually kept.
Also, generally for minor characters or items I provide a character/item description that's four paragraphs instead of five or six like big characters. ^_^
Since I know NOTHING about Metal Gear, doing the research for pages like Metal Gear (universe) and this page pretty much leaves me better equipped to start on the general Solid Snake character article. And I definitely support waiting around until SSBB. Erik the Appreciator 13:34, June 30, 2007 (EDT)
Oh yeah, another thing that influenced my decision to create this page: Wikipedia's Roy Campbell section in its List of recurring Metal Gear characters officially devotes two sentences to his appearance in that trailer. If Campbell's role in the trailer is notable by Wikipedia standards, then it should definitely be notable by SmashWiki standards. Erik the Appreciator 14:01, June 30, 2007 (EDT)
I see what you did there. Okay, so we keep the Roy Campbell section. OH, i noticed you really improved a lot of pages. Good job. They look great.--Janitor 15:21, June 30, 2007 (EDT)
Thanks. What the page needs now is an image of the codec conversation from the first trailer, posted in the SSBB section. Erik the Appreciator 15:11, June 30, 2007 (EDT)
Wow, Erik, this page is hardcore! Nice work! Didn't even know it existed... -- Randall00 Talk 17:08, July 9, 2007 (EDT)
