Overview
Wario's neutral attack consists of a downwards punch, then an uppercut. It deals low damage and overall has poor utility, especially as the hitboxes are deceptively smaller than they appear. It has niche uses with jab cancels, however, and provides more reward than down tilt at very early percents where down tilt cannot combo effectively.
