He was one of the earliest successful Steve players in competitive play and was a prominent labber in the early years of the post-pandemic metagame. He first broke out onto the national scene after defeating {{Sm|Dabuz}} at {{Trn|Riptide}} and eventually became known for his results in the first half of 2022, including his run at {{Trn|The Gimvitational}}, where he defeated {{Sm|Tweek}}, {{Sm|Gackt}}, and {{Sm|Riddles}}, and defeating several other of North America's best players during this time, including both {{Sm|Cosmos}} and {{Sm|Zomba}} at {{Trn|MomoCon 2022}} and {{Sm|Maister}} at {{Trn|GENESIS 8}}.
