Ax is a retired semi-professional smasher and former member of the SLAPAHO crew.
He has participated in five tournaments, failing advance from the first round in the first two (with a loss to second place finisher Foghorn in the first, and a loss to DonkeyButt, the second place finisher in the second) and then placing third in a doubles tournament with SLAPAHO crew mate Clifton 'Palm Tree' Palmer. In the second qualifier for the UISCS, Ax progressed to the finals where he lost 4-1 to a former Smash Brawl Rankings top player, and ranking above Smash Brawl Rankings moderator Mid Boss. His second place qualifier finish earned him a berth into the championship, and earned a monetary prize. In the finals, Ax ranked among the top eight smashers, putting him among the top smashers in the state of Iowa.
