'''Mewtwo''' is a playable character in the ''[[Super Smash Bros.]]'' [[mod]] ''[[Smash Remix]]''. It was added into the mod in its v1.0.0 release on September 19, 2021.

Mewtwo's voice clips consist of archived audio from ''[[Super Smash Bros. Melee]]'' provided by {{iw|wikipedia|Masachika Ichimura}}.

Mewtwo is mostly reminiscent of [[Mewtwo (SSBM)|its ''Melee'' incarnation]]. Being a floaty heavy hitter with a big hurtbox. Unlike ''Melee'', however, only 1/4 of its tail actually has a hurtbox attached to it, rather than 3/4.

DJCing is a [[glitch]]-technique that involves using an aerial just after starting a [[double jump]]. This cancels the momentum of the double jump and allows quicker aerials, while also being able to speed up [[short hop]]s, making short hopped DJC'd aerials especially effective when [[Z-cancel]]led. It can also help with extending [[combo]]s and making new ones.

===Lagless teleport===

Mewtwo has less [[endlag]] when landing after a teleport compared to finishing teleport on the ground. With this, if Mewtwo uses teleport to somewhere slightly above the ground, then they can quickly teleport somewhere without suffering the usual endlag. This is especially useful for recovering or catching opponents off guard.

Some of Mewtwo's aerials such as its forward air or up air have high [[shieldstun]], and this can be exploited with [[double jump cancel]]s to repeatedly use those moves and perform a true [[shield break]]ing combo.
