Several of the places where you've been adding consoles in brackets are either poor places to be noting such (like section headers and infoboxes) or incorrect because of how the information is presented in-game (like Melee trophy descriptions). We don't need to note what console a game is on in every single place the title is written. Please stop adding superfluous console delimiters.

Several of the places where you've been adding consoles in brackets are either poor places to be noting such (like section headers and infoboxes) or incorrect because of how the information is presented in-game (like Melee trophy descriptions).
