Tournament:Tournament Go (series)

Tournament Go, abbreviated TG, was a series of Super Smash Bros. Melee tournaments held in California hosted by Matt Deezie who is best known for being the father of the Super Smash Bros. tournament scene. The Tournament Go series are considered the first major tournaments. Tournament Go was the biggest national tournament series during its time and set the precedence for all Smash tournaments to follow. TG also helped to create the current accepted rule set.
