For the feature, see Time change

Time is a setting in Versus Mode in which the winner is determined by whoever gains the most points within a certain number of minutes. One can win a point by earning a knock-out against an opponent, and lose a point by getting a fall. A player can also lose 0, 1 or 2 points by committing a self-destruct: the number of points lost can be adjusted before the match (you can't change it in Brawl, there it is 1 point). If there is a tie between two or more players, then a Sudden Death match occurs.

Time can be set to infinitive to play a Training like versus match.
