Maine Competitive Gaming (often abbreviated as MCG) is an organization centered in Portland, ME that strives to cultivate skill, community, and sportsmanship among gamers in the Northeast. Their core teammates are focused on being learners and mentors in a quickly expanding genre of gaming entertainment. Additionally, they are excited to highlight indie games that fall on the competitive spectrum. They host Maine Competitive Gaming Monthlies featuring Smash 4, Project M and Melee singles or doubles, while sometimes featuring Smash 64 as a side event.
