Charge Shot damage buff

In this video, a full charge shot deals 35.2% damage instead of 26% damage in 1v1 w/o items. While it is often said that a full charge shot only deals 25% damage in previous titles, a full charge shot would initially deal 26% damage upon the beginning of a new match, or when Samus lost a stock.
