We only cover the offline scene in the notable players section, FatNess has mainly online placings and TM4 only has a couple of decent offline placements outside of the online meta. They are probably good enough to have a SmashWiki article, but not enough offline placings to be mentioned in the notable players section. Are FatNess and TM4 notable Ness mains?
