Split all SSB4 trophy articles into separate articles for each game

Title, considering that we're not going to combine the two tables no matter the number of trophies shared, I think that we should split all of these pages into separate pages for each version once the Wii U version comes out, since otherwise pages like the Animal Crossing or Kid Icarus trophy pages will be overly huge.
