This article says that "doubles" is more commonly referred to as "teams," but there's no teams article, nor do either of them re-direct to one another. What do you think is the actual standard? I know a lot of people who call it doubles and I know a lot of people who call it teams. SmashBoards uses "2v2" in their 2v2 Videos thread, maybe that's the way to do it. :This is an old comment. No one seems to care so I changed teams to a redirect to doubles. Doubles should be the main article name as it's unambiguous, a team could be 3 vs. 1, or a crew. Ryzol (talk) 16:50, 27 June 2008 (UTC) |

2v2/Teams/Doubles
This article says that "doubles" is more commonly referred to as "teams," but there's no teams article, nor do either of them re-direct to one another. What do you think is the actual standard? I know a lot of people who call it doubles and I know a lot of people who call it teams. SmashBoards uses "2v2" in their 2v2 Videos thread, maybe that's the way to do it.
