This article says that "doubles" is more commonly referred to as "teams," but there's no [[teams]] article, nor do either of them re-direct to one another. What do you think is the actual standard? I know a lot of people who call it doubles and I know a lot of people who call it teams. SmashBoards uses "2v2" in their 2v2 Videos thread, maybe that's the way to do it.
