Gifs

i feel like a lot of these could use an image on their pages. some of them have youtube clips, but no gifs. ill try to whip some up, but in the mean time, does it make sense to tag these pages as needing animated images/videos?

If you feel a gif is more appropriate than a YT video, go ahead. Though, if one article has a video that shows the technique appropriately, it may not need to be tagged, but you can still replace it with a gif if it's better. Scr7(talk · contribs) 11:08, 24 September 2013 (EDT)

List of character-specific advanced techniques

Might I suggest a change to this page? The "List of character-specific advanced techniques" section is (despite the fact that I made it) very messy. I think it should be merged into the main table. Unless someone has a better suggestion, it should be done to make the page flow better and all that. Alternatively, if people are uncomfortable merging the two sections, a separate table could be made for the character-specific moves.

I also feel that at this point, throwing Project M into the table is not really necessary. People might argue that it's not dead but it certainly doesn't get the attention it used to. Plus since the point of Project M is basically "Melee but with a few things from Brawl" it's a little redundant in my opinion. The unwritten-but-certainly-not-official rule of the wiki has been to only include Project M in mainspace articles about things not directly related to the game's mechanics, like Twitch, modding pages, controller pages, power rankings, and other things like that.
