Super Mario World (Japanese: スーパーマリオワールド, Sūpā Mario Wārudo, commonly abbreviated SMW) is a Super Nintendo game that featured Mario and introduced the character of Yoshi. It was released on November 21, 1990 in Japan, August 13, 1991 in North America and then April 11, 1992 in Europe.
Super Smash Bros. series
Yoshi, a starter charater in both Super Smash Bros. and Super Smash Bros. Melee premeired in this game. Also, the stage Yoshi's Island was based on the levels of this game. In addition, the music to Yoshi's Island is a remix of the Donut Plains main level theme.
