Strawhat Dahean is a well-known professional Melee player from Madrid, Spain. He mains Marth but plays a lot of other characters at a very good level, including secondaries Sheik and Jigglypuff. He's been playing since the game came out, but competitively since 2007. He has travelled to various tournaments out of Spain, including *Pound* 3 & 4 (USA) and ESA 2 & 3, TSL4 (France). He recently made it to *Pound* 4 48-man singles bracket, defeating many American top players. He placed 9º at ESA2 (2008) and 3º at ESA3 (2009) in singles and won teams tournament with Over at ESA2 facing Captain Jack and Masashi in GF. He is currently ranked 1º in the Spanish Rankings.

Trivia

• His previous tag was Han Dahean, which he got from an RPG character originally named Han Daehan. He used it till 2008.
• He was a Ken fan and used to play red Marth years ago. He has been admiring M2K for years and switched to black Marth.
• He likes NTSC version better than PAL.
• He teams with Over, they usually go Green colour Sheik/ Jigglypuff (Dahean being Jigglypuff).
• Spanish smashers tend to call him Dahean, while the majority of international smashers call him just Strawhat.
• He is arguably the best Marth player in Europe.
• His current tag Strawhat Dahean comes from One Piece character Luffy.
• He feels comfortable sitting on the floor at home while playing friendlies, he likes to do so.
