Phil is an American smasher who mains Fox. Phil recently got to the Grand-finals in the tournament Combo Food Vol.VII losing to Lucien. Phil is currently ranked 9th on the NorCal Melee Power Rankings.
Phil is also known for his commentary on tournament videos. He usually commentates along with HomeMadeWaffles which gets uploaded on YouTube on HomeMadeWaffles's YouTube account.
