:Most likely has to do with the web code updating. Basically, the 3DS and Wii U web browsers run on quite outdated code (I believe neither one fully supports HTML5, for example), and with the systems' post-launch support gradually being phased out, there isn't much priority in updating that code or keeping the wikis compatible. If you have a smartphone, using that would be your best bet. ~ [[User:Serena Strawberry|<span style="color: #e68;">'''Serena Strawberry'''</span>]] ([[User talk:Serena Strawberry|talk]]) 06:04, July 1, 2019 (EDT)

For the last couple of weeks, I have been unable to access SmashWiki (and MarioWiki) from the 3DS and Wii U's browsers. Why is this? RickTommy 04:49, July 1, 2019 (EDT)

Most likely has to do with the web code updating. ~ Serena Strawberry (talk) 06:04, July 1, 2019 (EDT)
I know this is very late but I'll explain from what I read, as I had the same problem around this time and asked on the main page (this was before I found the help desk). I'm mainly doing this if anyone else comes here and is experiencing the same problem: According to this thread, the reason is because the 3DS and Wii U browsers are incompatible with the new SSL certificate for this site. As Serena said the browsers are outdated and are highly unlikely to update, so yeah I recommend a smartphone. SupαToαd64 Image for my signiture icon. 05:34, December 20, 2019 (EST)
