Fighting Wire Frames

The Fighting Wire Frames are humanoid things in Super Smash Bros. Melee made up of purple wire-like things. They have a red Smash logo for eyes and a reddish thing inside them, presumably a heart. They come in male and female varieties. They appear in Multi-Man Melee (all modes), as well as Battlefield of Adventure and in Event 37: Legendary Pokemon. They're very light and not very aggresive, though the attacks they do have are weakened versions of attacks from other characters. Male Wire Frames have attacks from males and Female Wire Frames have attacks from females. They also have a very good jump and fall down slowly. Male Wire Frames are slightly more agressive than Female Wire Frames.

In Cruel Melee, Wire Frames are extremely aggresive and hard to knock off. It's also hard to recover, since all 5 frames will edgeguard.

It's possible these guys are later versions of the Polygon Team.
