As defined by the members of the n64 forum on smashboards, this is the SSB64 character matchup charts.
What the colors stand for as said in the description of the image
- Dark Blue means a hard counter for the character on the left (better than 60 to 40)
- Dark Green Refers to a 60 to 40 or 55 to 45 matchup (soft counter)
- Light Yellow refers to an even matchup (50 to 50)
- Orange refers to a 45 to 55 or 40 to 60 matchup (softly countered)
- Dark Red refers to a 40 to 60 or worse matchup (Heavily countered)
