Articuno

Articuno is a Pokémon that comes out of a Poké Ball.

• Attack: Articuno uses Blizzard as it's attack. Articuno unleashes a blast of ice.
• Any character that is in the blast radius will take damage. Also, those characters will be frozen for a few seconds like the Freezie item.
• Articuno is a legendary Pokémon; it's appearance is rare.
• Articuno's attack does not harm the summoner.
