His tier position

I think that Mewtwo has to go higher in the tier list and deserves to have higher matchups. Mewtwo should at least rise to low tier to at least the lowest position in the low tier. For the matchups, he deserves to have a 45:55 or a 40:60, but not below that.

Actually Toomai, the MBR is making a new Melee Tier list (I think). http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=286577&page=101&highlight=opinions+for+tier+list The thread is closed so there's a big chance there will be.
