Fighting Polygon Team

The Polygon Team in Super Smash Bros. were fought in Polygon Team's Residence before the battle against Master Hand. They consisted of polygonal, purple versions of the different characters of the game, even if you hadn't unlocked that character. They weren't that agressive, mainly walking around the platforms. They were also fairly weak, and had no B-button attacks. Most attacks would do them in- however, in higher difficulty levels, they approached the weight and strength of normal opponents, making them difficult for the newcomer to defeat.

It's possible that the Fighting Wire Frames were based off of the Polygon Team.
