The Ice Climbers edge floating glitch is a glitch performed in Super Smash Bros. Brawl by making Nana float near the edge, where Popo is standing. The glitch was discovered by God-is-my-Rock.
How to perform
Only the Ice Climbers can perform this glitch.
When close to an edge:
- Quickly dash forward, back, and forward.
- On the last dash, stutter step into a smash attack.
- Then continuously do aerial attacks.
It can also be performed on platforms.
Uses
This glitch can be used to confuse opponents, but it can also be used to Edge guard foes. However, it's possibly best use is devastating combos that end with Nana's forward aerial meteor smash. (i.e. down throw, forward smash, forward aerial)
