(Not sure why this was re-added but... no. There's no utility to using dair without falling; it's just a weak hitbox with long lag she can easily be punished for, with no gain whatsoever. It also requires specific timing, which is not what a mixup is. It's just a carryover from devs not wanting you to easily momentum cancel with it back in Brawl/S4.)
