:I did and only ONE of them gives a reason with that being it wasn't neutral which is just ridiculous because Slime IS the series mascot many sources say so if anything it just comes across as a dumb excuse not to include it.

::The only reason you seem to support such a minimal word change is due to your belief that a mascot for the series is more deserving or expected to be featured in the series' symbol, as shown [https://www.ssbwiki.com/index.php?title=Slime&diff=prev&oldid=1265394 here] and [https://www.ssbwiki.com/index.php?title=Series_symbol&diff=1260941&oldid=1252621 here]. There's no such rule stating such, nor any major trend that dictates such for it to be seen as an exception, making the trivia addition subjective and biased in nature, all of which go against wiki policy. In fact, none of the universes which have well-established series mascots other than a recurring protagonist have them at all. For example, ''Pokémon'' doesn't have Pikachu, neither does ''Final Fantasy'' have any of its [https://finalfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Chocobo three] [https://finalfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Moogle_(race) different] [https://finalfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Cactuar mascots] as their respective symbols. :::I wouldn't say it's out of place to note that the Slime is the series mascot for DQ (because it is, and we note mascot status for pages like Mario, Kirby, Sonic, Pikachu, and Chocobo), but I do have to agree that noting its absence as the series symbol despite being the mascot is completely subjective and unnecessary.
