(To be honest, this is even worse than the Hyuga incident for me. I agree Hyuga does deserve some of the punishment after his one-year ban, but this guy deserves all of the punishment and much more. Grab your half-assed apology and get out of here.)

On November 25th, 2017, JK was reported by a large group of fellow smashers, including {{Sm|Charliedaking}}, {{Sm|S2H}}, Technicals and others, to admittedly trying to run on them with his vehicle. According to Technicals, one of the victims and a tournament organizer at Las Vegas tournaments, they were coming out of a local tournament in Las Vegas when JK invited them to have dinner at a restaurant. After they denied his invitation, and went for a walk, JK tried to run over them while they were still in the parking lot with his vehicle, with two of the people barely avoiding him. After he attempted to run them over, the group of smashers went to confront JK at the restaurant he initially invited them to go. At this restaurant, he allegedly admitted he tried to hit them on purpose, and that he did not care if he or anyone else died. Due to these series of events, JK was indefinitely banned from attending most tournaments in Las Vegas until further notice.
