Flamethrower is Charizard's Neutral B attack. It appears visually similar to Bowser's Fire Breath, though with smaller flames and with longer range. It would appear that they have more priority over Bowser's, as they defeat Bowser's Fire Breath when faced upon one another. The stream of flames can be directed up or down by tilting the thumbstick in a particular direction. The flame dies down the longer the attack is used, however, it will never stop despite the flames becoming extremely small as long as the player keeps holding the B button. This move is fitting to Charizard, and can be said to be his signature move.
