Munchlax is a fourth generation Pokémon that is the pre-evolved form of [[Snorlax]]. Munchlax made its first appearance in the Nintendo DS game ''[[Pokémon Dash]]''. It was one of the first confirmed fourth generation Pokémon. A player could find a Munchlax in the fourth generation games by either slabbing honey on a tree or breeding two Snorlaxes while one is holding a Full Incense. Munchlax also made an appearance in the Pokémon anime and owned by May.

Munchlax is one of the Pokémon that appears out of a Poké Ball. When summoned, he wanders aimlessly around the stage, eating any items he finds. If there aren't any items around for him to gobble up, Munchlax is effectively useless like [[Goldeen]].

Munchlax (ゴンベ, Gonbe in original Japanese language versions) is a Pokémon. It is the pre-evolved form of Snorlax. Munchlax was announced to be a Pokémon in Super Smash Bros. Brawl on Smash Bros. DOJO!! on September 10, 2007.[1]

Overview

When Munchlax appears from a Poké Ball in Brawl, he will slowly walk around the stage. However, whenever it sees an item, it will walk towards it and eat it. If there are no items during his time on the stage, he is a useless Pokémon like Goldeen in Super Smash Bros. and Super Smash Bros. Melee.
