Spring Fist is an upcoming tournament being hosted by Nintendo in Tokyo, Japan. The tournament is set to take place on March 17th, 2018 and will be featuring Super Smash Bros. for Wii U doubles as well as ARMS and Pokkén Tournament DX. The event was first announced on Nintendo of Japan's website on February 23rd, 2018. It is notably being sponsored by Twitch Prime and is thus going to be streamed on Twitch.[1]
The Smash Wii U tournament is going to be a single-elimination doubles tournament, with rules very similar to Tantalus' Recommended Ruleset. Registration is available for all three titles via Amazon Japan for ¥1.[2]
