Like past season, an additional "Players of the Month" is introduced. A panel made of the WWR staff, tournament organizers, and top players voted on the three best-performing players of each month. In addition, a player who was never previously ranked in a global ranking offline or ranked on the WWR was voted on as the "breakout" player.
