We had this, it was Template:G, it was deleted. Why? Because the point of these shortcut templates is to shorten code that is really space-taking. <nowiki>''[[Brawl]]'' and ''[[Melee]]''</nowiki> don't take up too much space, and {{t|Smash}} won't fix much; there are 6 pages that this can link to. Combine this with the fact there are only supposed to be two or three links to a single place on one page (even one, on smaller articles), and you have a really, really limited template. The template differs from others because of its limitations; take a template like [[Template:SSB4|this]] and there are 59 places to link to; [[Template:H1|this one]] in particular works on any page with sections. The reason we have {{t|for3ds}} and its counterpart is because, as mentioned before, <nowiki>''[[Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS]]''</nowiki> takes up too much space, and is a very big pain in the ass to type out, even without the link.
