:*BKB is base knockback. It controls how much knockback a hitbox does in general.
:*KBG is knockback growth. The higher this number, the faster a move becomes lethal as percentage increases.
:*WBKB is weight-based knockback. It's just like base knocback, except that seeing it as non-zero means that the attack has fixed knockback, not increasing as damage does.
:*Flags are segments of binary that are used in computing to pack a lot of info in a small space. Most hitboxes have 32 flags (eight hexadecimal digits), which control things like transcendence, type, effect, and sound. Some hitboxes are given an extra 64 flags (although only about half of the space seems to be used), which control things such as reflectivity, absorption, shieldability, and what kinds of things can be struck.
